If you are looking for assistance with providing gifts to your children (birth to age 18), you could be eligible to participate in this program. The application is below.

Please Take Note: Participants must live in East Haddam/Moodus and your school-age children must be enrolled in the East Haddam school district.

To register for this program, you must complete this application and provide proof of residency in the form of a household bill addressed to you, dated within the last 30 days (for example utility bill or rent/mortgage statement).  Also, you will need to sign the release giving us permission to confirm your child’s/children’s enrollment in the East Haddam school district.  We will not be able to accept your application unless all of these documents have been received.

Completed applications and proof of residency must be returned no later than the yearly deadline . We will be unable to accept applications after the year’s deadline. Gifts will be distributed in early December.
