Project Safe Halloween
East Haddam Youth & Family Services partners with the East Haddam Police Union and East Haddam Parks and Recreation every year for this event dating back to 1995! Community groups and organizations come together to provide East Haddam’s children with a safe place to gather their Halloween goodies.
