Yoga and Play
Yoga can be a powerful way for caregivers to strengthen their bond with their child while simultaneously promoting motor, social and emotional skills. Yoga helps develop strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and focus.This group will meet at the Family Resource Center in the East Haddam Elementary School on Mondays from 9:30.a.m.-10:15.a.m. beginning April 24, 2023 and ending on May 22, 2023. This group is for children ages birth to age 5 and their caregivers.
